An Exercise Physiologist is an Allied Health practitioner who specialises in exercise and rehabilitation for healthy or injured individuals with various needs.
Intervention is provided through exercise, education, advice, support and lifestyle modification with a common goal for each individual to be the healthiest they can be.

Chantal Rowlings
Chantal Rowlings is the Principal of Get Moving Exercise Physiology and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with over ten years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Sport and Exercise Science) from the University of Sunshine Coast as well as a Graduate Diploma of Education, Secondary from Australian Catholic University.
Before making the move to the Exercise Physiology field, Chantal worked as a high school PE teacher. In 2009 she worked at a small private exercise physiology practice before establishing her own mobile Exercise Physiology business in Brisbane. Chantal established Get Moving Exercise Physiology in Buderim after relocating with her family to the Sunshine Coast.
Chantal has a true passion for helping people become the healthiest they can be.
Bec Askew
Bec began her Pilates teaching journey in 2023 after years of practicing Pilates. With a personal love for body movement and a big believer of the Mind, Body and Soul connection she has a big passion for helping others feel and move well in their body. Whether you are attending classes for a fitness challenge or to get movement throughout your body, Bec will deliver whatever you need each class.
